7-Day Return Policy
At BudGear Depot by AALY LLC (referred to as 'We'), your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. That's why we offer a 7-day return policy to ensure you're fully content with your investment. Here's how it works:
Returning Your Order:
If you find yourself dissatisfied with your order for any reason, simply reach out to us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate the return process. Please keep in mind that only unopened packages will be accepted for returns, as we are unable to resell opened or installed item. Prior return written authorization is required for all returns.
If you are returning because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost but if the item is incorrect or damaged we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipping of the order in its original cartons and packaging. It's essential to securely package the item on the same crate it arrived in before the freight company picks it up. Return freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a cancellation after the product has been shipped and is in transit, the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of outbound and return shipping, regardless of any promotions offered at the time of purchase. A 3% credit card transaction fee will be applied to cancellations made before shipping.
Once we receive the item for inspection, we will promptly issue a refund. To qualify for a refund, the item and all accompanying documentation must be in resalable condition, and the return must be shipped within 30 days of RMA issuance.
Exceptions to the Policy:
- Custom made products are not eligible for the 7-day return policy and are considered non-refundable. However, if any part of the item arrives damaged or broken, we will cover the costs of rebuilding and shipping the necessary parts.
- Refund policies may vary by brand, and customers are responsible for any associated refund costs.
Restocking Fee:
Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned orders, in addition to any applicable shipping costs.
