6061 Aluminum-Made Frame - All-aluminum Frame - Well-made aluminum frames had a better stiffness-to-weight ratio than steel for easy traveling, but they can withstand up to 10 tons of pressure.
Replaceable 8-Ton Bottle Jack Included - The maximum pressure of the jack can reach 9 tons, it allows being replaced once it doesn't work well.
3x7" Heated Plates and Related Accessories - The 8-ton rosin press is capable of pressing up to 28g of flower or fine material. We recommend compacting flower or fine material with a 2x4" prepress mold or a cylindrical prepress so that you will get clean presses and no loss from the nylon micron bag.
Accurate PID Temp Controllers - The 8-ton machine installed with two pluggable PID temperature controllers, detects and delivers very accurate temp from the upper and bottom heated plates.
Elite 8-Ton Rosin Press - The personal rosin press machine consists of an anodized 6061 aluminum frame, welded 8-ton car jack with a long handle, and a set of PID temperature controllers.

7-Day Return Policy
At BudGear Depot by AALY LLC (referred to as 'We'), your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. That's why we offer a 7-day return policy to ensure you're fully content with your investment. Here's how it works:
Returning Your Order:
If you find yourself dissatisfied with your order for any reason, simply reach out to us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate the return process. Please keep in mind that only unopened packages will be accepted for returns, as we are unable to resell opened or installed item. Prior return written authorization is required for all returns.
If you are returning because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost but if the item is incorrect or damaged we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipping of the order in its original cartons and packaging. It's essential to securely package the item on the same crate it arrived in before the freight company picks it up. Return freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a cancellation after the product has been shipped and is in transit, the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of outbound and return shipping, regardless of any promotions offered at the time of purchase. A 3% credit card transaction fee will be applied to cancellations made before shipping.
Once we receive the item for inspection, we will promptly issue a refund. To qualify for a refund, the item and all accompanying documentation must be in resalable condition, and the return must be shipped within 30 days of RMA issuance.
Exceptions to the Policy:
- Custom made products are not eligible for the 7-day return policy and are considered non-refundable. However, if any part of the item arrives damaged or broken, we will cover the costs of rebuilding and shipping the necessary parts.
- Refund policies may vary by brand, and customers are responsible for any associated refund costs.
Restocking Fee:
Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned orders, in addition to any applicable shipping costs.

"Whenever I think of the DIY heat press I made by myself in 2014, it is really unbearable to look back. Sometimes, I will waste a whole day in solventless extraction and
end up with nothing. I almost forgot how many prototypes I made in total. To this day, most of them are lying quietly in my barn.
As we all know, heat solventless extraction combines of heat and pressure. These two dimensions are also an important criterion for choosing a heat machine.
Manual heat press is my first choice. Although it is cheap and easy to use. Since it cannot provide enough pressure. It can only press about 3.5-5g flower or hash etc.
The quality of heat is very good, but the yield is relatively poor.
In recent years, I have my efforts and attention to vertical jacks and hydraulic jacks. Because they are both easy to operate, and the pressure provided is much higher
than the manual one. However, new challenges have jumped out again. The machine is under heavy pressure, and the frame of heat machine is required to be
strong enough, otherwise the equipment will be easily damaged during the process of extraction.
Most jacks rely on ball valves and sealing o rings to work and hold pressure. If the jacks continue to work at high temperatures, over time, the sealing rings are also
very easy to age and cause oil leakage. After dozens of insulator tested, a high-strength wood material was finally selected.
Regarding the PID Temp controller, we have also done a lot of practices. It is necessary to ensure that the PID controller, thermocouple and relay are matched with
each other to guarantee uniform, rapid and accurate heat transfer.
To be honest, although products have undergone very strict quality control before shipping, but unprofessional delivery may sometimes still lead to product defects.
To this end, we must ensure that the parts of machine can be replaced to improve service life.
