About the Brick Press - The manual thread press includes an aluminum-made frame, a rough thread rod, a solid steel nut, 2 pieces of lever handles ( and a 3-piece design aluminum press mold.
Easy to Operate - Step 1 - after loading flower, tea, pollen, or other fine material inside of the press mold. Step2 - move the mold in-between the base of the press and the rod of the thread press. Step3 - Insert the handle into the double-side holes of the frame and insert another handle into the hole of the threaded rod. Step4 - twist two handles tightly, please insert another hole on the rods for the further process.
About 3-Piece Pollen Brick Maker - It is made of 6061 aluminum, 3 pieces in total, the thickness of the finished brick is not limited. [Internal dimension of maker: 2.47"(width) x 4.36" (Length) x 1.75" (Depth)]. We don't recommend putting the parchment paper between the material and ram/tray to prevent it from getting stuck while taking it off.
Capable of Being Heated - The mold made of 6061 aluminum always transfers and retains heat to melt the materials, so you can pre-heat the mold or materials before loading complete or heat up the mold with hot water/another method after loading the materials.
Caution During the Extraction - (1) The aluminum mold only works with the thread press, so please do not pair the mold with other equipment to protect it from damage (2) The thread press can be paired with a 2x4" pre-press or a cylinder prepress mold. (3) The dimension of the base of the thread press: 5" ( Length ) x 3.1" ( Width ) x 4.3" ( Max Height ).

7-Day Return Policy
At BudGear Depot by AALY LLC (referred to as 'We'), your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. That's why we offer a 7-day return policy to ensure you're fully content with your investment. Here's how it works:
Returning Your Order:
If you find yourself dissatisfied with your order for any reason, simply reach out to us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate the return process. Please keep in mind that only unopened packages will be accepted for returns, as we are unable to resell opened or installed item. Prior return written authorization is required for all returns.
If you are returning because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost but if the item is incorrect or damaged we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipping of the order in its original cartons and packaging. It's essential to securely package the item on the same crate it arrived in before the freight company picks it up. Return freight shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a cancellation after the product has been shipped and is in transit, the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of outbound and return shipping, regardless of any promotions offered at the time of purchase. A 3% credit card transaction fee will be applied to cancellations made before shipping.
Once we receive the item for inspection, we will promptly issue a refund. To qualify for a refund, the item and all accompanying documentation must be in resalable condition, and the return must be shipped within 30 days of RMA issuance.
Exceptions to the Policy:
- Custom made products are not eligible for the 7-day return policy and are considered non-refundable. However, if any part of the item arrives damaged or broken, we will cover the costs of rebuilding and shipping the necessary parts.
- Refund policies may vary by brand, and customers are responsible for any associated refund costs.
Restocking Fee:
Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned orders, in addition to any applicable shipping costs.

"Whenever I think of the DIY heat press I made by myself in 2014, it is really unbearable to look back. Sometimes, I will waste a whole day in solventless extraction and
end up with nothing. I almost forgot how many prototypes I made in total. To this day, most of them are lying quietly in my barn.
As we all know, heat solventless extraction combines of heat and pressure. These two dimensions are also an important criterion for choosing a heat machine.
Manual heat press is my first choice. Although it is cheap and easy to use. Since it cannot provide enough pressure. It can only press about 3.5-5g flower or hash etc.
The quality of heat is very good, but the yield is relatively poor.
In recent years, I have my efforts and attention to vertical jacks and hydraulic jacks. Because they are both easy to operate, and the pressure provided is much higher
than the manual one. However, new challenges have jumped out again. The machine is under heavy pressure, and the frame of heat machine is required to be
strong enough, otherwise the equipment will be easily damaged during the process of extraction.
Most jacks rely on ball valves and sealing o rings to work and hold pressure. If the jacks continue to work at high temperatures, over time, the sealing rings are also
very easy to age and cause oil leakage. After dozens of insulator tested, a high-strength wood material was finally selected.
Regarding the PID Temp controller, we have also done a lot of practices. It is necessary to ensure that the PID controller, thermocouple and relay are matched with
each other to guarantee uniform, rapid and accurate heat transfer.
To be honest, although products have undergone very strict quality control before shipping, but unprofessional delivery may sometimes still lead to product defects.
